At Achievers Driving Academy, we understand that having a driver’s license is a need, not a luxury. And also, we know our students may have different work shifts. That’s why we offer flexible adult driving lessons tailored to fit most people’s busy schedules. The lessons are all done in one of our dual-controlled cars to increase safety while training.

Maintaining a safe following distance, anticipating other drivers’ actions, and avoiding hazards. - Driving in Various Conditions
Night driving: Proper use of headlights and reduced visibility techniques. Adverse weather: Strategies for handling rain, snow, fog, and icy roads. Learn how to adjust your speed and driving style to match conditions. - Highway & City Driving

Driver’s Education Course
Our Driver’s Education Course offers a thorough, state-approved program designed to prepare students for a lifetime of safe and responsible driving. The course is divided into Four main components:
Our adult driving lessons are designed to equip you with the essential driving skills and knowledge you need to help you become a confident and safe driver. Here’s a summary of what you’ll learn depending on your driving level.
- 30 Hours of Classroom Instruction :
In this portion, students will learn the fundamentals of defensive driving, understand junior operator restrictions, and explore the laws and rules that govern the road. This comprehensive education ensures that students are well-prepared to navigate any driving situation safely and legally. - 12 Hours of Behind-the-Wheel Instruction :
Students will receive hands-on, one-on-one driving instruction, where they will practice essential skills and maneuvers in various road conditions. This in-car experience is designed to build confidence and proficiency behind the wheel. - 6 Hours of In-Car Observation :
During these hours, students will observe experienced drivers in real-time, gaining valuable insights into safe driving techniques and situational awareness. - Parents Class (Required by the RMV):
The RMV Required parents or guardians Class is free to Achievers Driving Academy students. Please log into your account to register for the parent class if you haven’t already.
NEW RMV POLICY:
At least one parent or guardian MUST attend the parent class before a student can start on-road driving lessons. Parent Classes are good for 5 years and can be applied to other siblings when proof is provided. Email us to Info@achieversdriving.com for more information.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Driver's Education Certificate of Completion, qualifying them to take their road test. Additionally, graduates may be eligible for car insurance discounts of up to 20%, depending on their provider.
